The flat was spacious and lovely. Bathroom was good but the kitchen was of rather poor quality and very poorly equipped, the old gas stove was difficult to use and manage, utensils were few and of poor quality. It would have been more pleasant to have a proper working kitchen, it doesn´t need to be fancy, but has to work properly.

The location of the apartment is good. Close to a bus stop and one of the nicer beaches, there is also a nice restaurant close by. The apartment was clean (a hose in front of the door to wash the pesky sand off your feet after the beach), shower and bathroom very good and even a washing machine. The apartment was spacious.

Because of the photographs and the information on booking.com I was under the impression that we would have a large terrace towards the garden, but this was not the case. Instead we had a tiny balcony in front of the house. I find the information given, if not actually wrong, quite misleading. The kitchen furniture was of poor quality and coming apart somewhat, the chairs not very comfortable, overall the atmosphere with the bright lighting etc. was somewhat aseptic.

The location was nice and quiet. It was easily accessible by bus or on foot. The apartment was spacious. We could easily walk to multiple beaches, a supermarket, and down to the small town. The host was friendly and stayed in touch. All in all we were very satisfied with the apartment and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway on Procida.
