The apartment is really lovely and very clean. Big enough for just the two of us and all facilities that we needed. Communication with the owner was great in the lead up and during our stay. The apartment is in a quiet part of town and next to a cemetery - this didn't bother us. It is a great base and although slightly further out than staying in Old town, it is only a 20 minute walk into Old town. As two female travellers we never felt unsafe. There is private on site parking which was a major plus for us, you can drive around most of Old town but it is very expensive to park. However Tallinn is a very accessible city and actually we spent most of our time walking around the city. Public transport is also very accessible so if you intend to stay within the centre you really don't need a car as it is quite easy to get from the airport. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but there is everything you need if self catering. I found it difficult finding a two bed apartment/accommodation that had actual bedrooms- most I found were studios with bed and sofa bed together in one space. This place really is an absolute gem and very well priced! I would highly recommend it. You do need to pay €100 deposit but that is refunded upon check out, so please factor that into your budget

The apartment was on the third floor, near the city center. The apartment was clean. There were hygiene products, paper towels, a coffee machine and everything necessary for living there. We really liked that we could put mattress on the sofa bed, so the children could sleep very well. Our bed and pilows were comfortable. The car could be parked in the courtyard for free. Excellent value for money. Thank you hostess :).

My husband has vision problems, it was a bit more difficult due to the spiral staircase in the stairwell. The view from the window was the old cemetery. Some people may not like it and perhaps some fear the dead people, but for us they did not disturbed, they were very calm and quiet :)
