Heas asukohas hea planeeringuga väike kena korter. Eriti meeldis köök, seal oli kõik vajalik ja kapis leidus ka kohvi, see oli hommikul ikka väga tarvilik :) Voodi oli just paraja pehmuse/kõvadusega ja sai hästi välja puhata. Leidus ka vann, mille headust kahjuks ei jõudnud testida.

Kuigi korteri üldilme oli puhas, eriti köök, siis vannitoas üllatas räpane uks, kus kohati värvi koorunud, vanni väliskülg oli likane, ja remondivajadus pistis silma. Ôueparklast ei pääsenud hommikul välja, sest öösel oli auto kinni pargitud. See küll ei puuduta majutaja, kuid ebameeldiv seik ikkagi.
