The perfect location near the T1 Mall Centre. The availability of the free parking. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The location is absolutely the best, close to the airport, next to a transportation hub, and across the street from a shopping mall with a good hypermarket. The farmers' market is just a few tram stops away, and the famous fish market is a 15 min tram ride. Overall, the apartment is very comfortable and quiet, and the landlord was very, very helpful. The kitchen is better than what I have at home. The four-burner induction hob is outstanding. Big fridge with a freezer, a powerful microwave, a full set of pots, pan, and kitchenware.

I liked everything inside the apartment but I did not like the way the council (city hall) failed to clean the streets after a snow storm. On the minus side--the letter with the instructions how to find then apartment key came when I was flying 33,000 feet above sea level, so when I landed I had no idea that there was a letter in my inbox. I called the landlord, and she was kind enough to walk me through the process step by step. I wish the next time they send me the instructions at least 24 hours before I am scheduled to arrive at my destination.
