Sauna ei toiminut kovin hyvin, kiukaasta puuttui kiviä, josta syystä se ei lämmennyt, mutta vuokranantaja lupasi heti puuttua epäkohtaan.

Sijainti on erinomainen. Asunto on iso, siisti ja erityinen. Peittoja, tyynyjä ja pyyheliinoja on runsaasti.

Sauna ei lämpene tarpeeksi (liian vähän kiviä (?) , yhdet löylyt ehtii saada), toisen makkarin sängyissä jouset tuntuvat läpi (sijauspatjat uupuvat), olohuoneen sohvissa jouset tuntuvat läpi. Takkapuut eivät kuuluneet hintaan, tai ainakaan niitä ei ollut tarjolla.
