Suurkarja Apartment

Accurate to photos. Enough space for family of four. We were one adult and two kids. Perfect appliances and storage space. We managed the steps with no problem. They are not steep and each floor is broken up into two sets of steps. Perfect location within old town and if travelling to the bus station,shopping malls or historic and politically important landmarks. Walkable everywhere and quiet space.

During the rain there was some kind of smell in the hallway/stairwell. It DID NOT get into the apartment.

Beautiful apartment, easy check-in, quiet at night, quick communication with the owner, great location.

It would be great to have a smart TV with Netflix in the living room too, not just the bedroom. It's nothing to do with the apartment but there was a strong sewage smell in the buildings staircase the whole time, which also was noticeable in the apartment. With open windows it improved. I think it's a temporary issue and not always like this though.

Perfect stay. Nice apartment with a beautiful view. There are two separate rooms to stay at, so it was very comfortable. Kitchen with all utensils.

It is on the 4th floor and no elevator. That is not a problem, it's just that I would like to inform that there will be a lot of stairs.

Location is very central and a 5 -10 min walk from most landmarks. The host was available and easy to reach, also flexible with our check in times. The flat is refurbished with good taste and the heating was on even though it´s May, as it was quite cold outside! Kitchen well equiped.

Although the flat is well refurbished, but it is a bit cramped/cluttered with cleaning equipment and products, in particular the toilet, so it loses out in terms of functionality and storage. The building is a bit derelict and a 4th floor with no lift to bring up the luggage.

This apartment is ideally located just on the edge of the Old Town in Tallinn, overlooking the square by the Soprus cinema. It's easy to find and the access instructions provided by the host were excellent. The apartment itself is spacious, quiet and clean with good facilities and comfortable beds. It's nice and warm (we visited in December). We stayed only two nights, but you could comfortably stay here for much longer.

It was no problem for us, but do note that this is on the third floor of an apartment building with no elevator so you need to be able to get your bags up the stairs yourself.

We really enjoyed this stay. There was everything we needed and it's close to historic centre, breakfast downstairs (Reval) was delicious. Like my mom siad: flat was warm, cozy, clean! :)

Perfect old town location, close to everything. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped considering how small it was. Although the host wasn't present, the instructions for gaining entry were clear and simple to understand.

The bathroom was overly hot and there was no obvious way to turn the heated towel rail down, or off. The double bed in our room was actually a sofabed and not the most supportive or comfy. Although the apartment had 2 bedrooms, the dining table was too small for 4 people to eat together but maybe this was because the living room itself was rather small too. There was quite a bit of intrusive street noise late at night as there seems to be some kind of club or disco opposite the apartment block. Horrible squishy pillows - l wish I had brought my own. Finally, 90+ steps to the apartment on 4th floor was a bit of a killer, esp with heavy suitcases.
