Liivalaia Apartment

The apartment is amazing. Great location, spacious and comfortable, with all the facilities and even small gifts for us. We have stayed there twice and I would love to come back whenever in Tallinn. The host was very flexible and very communicative. She gave us a warm welcome. Thank you so much!

Спокійне тихе місце в 15 хвилинах ходьби від старого міста та 20 хвилинах від автовокзалу. 2 кімнати, всі зручності. Зустріли особисто. У всьому відчувається турбота хазяїв про відпочиваючих, подяка і респект. Порекомендуємо всім своїм друзям, знайомим і навіть незнайомим. Щира подяка від українців з Полтави.

Everything was perfect, the host was very nice and she was waiting us in the front of the building, the instructions were clear and she provided the keys + the instructions for check-out. Smart TV and good WI-FI. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was big. The kitchen had everything, including flour, sugar, rice papers! We also got one free local chocolate which was very good. Very clean! Even if the bathroom was small, everything was perfectly compartmented so I didn't feel that the bathroom was small. The window shutters blocked all the light from outside - you really need those because the night takes around 3-4h in Tallinn and you need a good ones for a good sleep. Close to the city center - just a 10 minutes relaxing walk, and if you want to eat something really good for breakfast or brunch - try Sõõrikukohvik it's just around the corner!

1. The room: clean, spacious, kitchen is very nice, has everything i need for cooking; 2. The owner: very responsive and kind 3. Location: the location is close to where I want to go, and walking distance to supermarket

The bathroom: is a bit small, but in general is good for us.

Huge apartment for the price, very spacious with multiple rooms, a very good choice for multiple people (did not felt crowded at all for 3 persons). Extremely well equipped, the apartment really had everything we could need during our stay (the kitchen area was especially nice in this regard). Very clean and cozy. The location was good, easy to reach the city centre by public transport, and even on foot. Checking in and out was very easy, Siret was a fantastic host and also very flexible with our check-in requests. Communication was excellent, we got detailed instructions before the visit, but also during the check in.

The bathroom is a bit small (especially compared to the rest of the apartment). The noise/steps of the upstairs neighbours was quite noticeable, but not too disrupting.
