"Great location, great host, great pool area. Clean."

We found this place very convenient for a family stay and wedding in Ravello. Location was excellent. Yes there is a bit of a walk to Ravello from the hotel, but we are a middle aged couple and did not struggle, even with a baby. Lovely view. There is a bus that runs just outside if you do not wish to walk. There is amble parking roadside.

Rooms are a little dated in need of some refurbishment but overall clean and can't complain for the value of money.

Good location. Spacious accommodation.

Booked this place thinking the pool would be available. Was only informed a few days before checking in that the pool is only open for 6 weeks of the year from July to August. I consider the photos used to promote the property highly misleading. No room service (ie towels are not replaced, beds aren’t made etc). This is fine but makes the stay not value for money.

The apartment has a very large bedroom and large kitchen. The shower and patio were also very nice as well. It had an AC unit which worked well and everything was clean. The staff were reachable by Whatsapp messenger whenever needed and very kind.. The view over the water was great.

Ravello is a city of stairs and it takes about 100 steps to get to the city center from this location. We were in town for a wedding at one of the villas in the city and had to walk 15-20 minutes of stairs all the way up everytime. I probably would not have booked here had I'd known that. If you have bad knees or difficulty walking up and down stairs I would strongly caution you from staying in Ravello. Taxis are also extremely expensive. Also the pool was not open, even though it was a little early in the season but all the other hotels had their pools open so that was disappointing since I booked mainly for that.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, separate kitchen/dining area, large bedroom and separate bathroom. The pool is an added bonus with great views.

It’s not that we had anything to dislike. The building could do with a bit of modernisation. However would not put us off staying here again.

the bed wasn’t great, plus the plastic mattress protector was noisy and uncomfortable.
