Location and room amenities. Kithchen was equipped for cooking as opposed to some previous comments. So probably it has changed over time.

Did not like the procedure to get into room. Deposit, registration form (in addition to booking registration) and contract to conclude. So it is two seperate links to click and fill in and a deposit. I got back the deposit in full amount. Main bed was ok, but additional was quite worn out.

exellent location! short walk to the old city, ferry, mall. Everything were just near by. brand new building, comfortable apartment with all necessary inside. suitable for staying up to 4 ppl as sofa is convertable with comfortable matrass

The apartament is very good,has everything what you need.The location is perfect.

The property location is just perfect. Small apartment very comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. Quiet area with an amazing bakery just around the corner. Five minutes walking from the harbor and old town. I highly recommend it and will come back.

The mattress was too soft, but the truth is that is just a personal preference.

Location of the apartment is very close to the city center and the public transport connections. It's located in a new building, and the furniture is new. All in all perfect for a longer stay in the city.

Minor details: sound isolation is not the best, washing machine was present but no detergent was given, coffee machine had a defect.

The hosts were friendly and attentive, providing seamless check-in and offering helpful recommendations for local attractions. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a luxurious, well-located, and comfortable apartment in Tallinn, I wholeheartedly recommend Dream Stay – it truly lives up to its name!
