W Apartments Loft in Kalamaja

Eine sehr coole und stylische Wohnung in einem restaurierten Wohnkomplex. Gut ausgestattet und der Wohn/Essbereich passend. Die Lage in Kalamaja und die damit verbundenen kurzen Wege in der Stadt von Vorteil. Parkplatz vorhanden und inklusive, ein nicht zu verachtender Aspekt in großen Städten.

Die Schlafzimmer sind ohne Fenster und Belüftungsmöglichkeiten, eines zwar mit Klimaanlage, aber das fanden wir nicht so gut.. Für längere Aufenthalte sollte man sich dessen bewusst sein. Kommt sicherlich auf die Reisezeit an. Die Wärmepumpe auf der Terrasse war manchmal störend. Die mittlerweile üblich Praxis, des kontaktlosen CheckIn‘s war nicht ganz einfach.

Rustige omgeving met een gunstige ligging

Jammer dat de slaapkamers soms war benauwd zijn. De airco maakt teveel lawaai om aan te houden.

Upea loft-asunto loistavalla sijainnilla. Pihapiiri ja koko asuinalue todella rauhallinen. Hyvin varusteltu asunto, jossa oli mahtava viettää pitkää viikonloppua perheen kanssa. Oma terassi oli iso plussa. Kävelymatkan päästä löytyy ravintoloita, kahviloita, leipomo ja supermarket. Tulemme mielellämme uudelleen.

Kannattaa huomioida, että aurinkoisella ilmalla lämpö nousee yläkerran makuuhuoneisiin, eikä lattiatuuletin juurikaan viilennä huoneita (ilmalämpöpumppu on vain alakerrassa).

Nii armas, et külmkapis oli hapupiim kama tegemiseks. Kamajahule oli juurde lisatud mustsõstrapulbrit ja kuivatatud marju (seda retsepti hakkan ise kasutama!). Meeldis, et nii nõudepesuvahend, dushigeel ning tee olid kvaliteetsed ning Eesti tooted. Väga hea pesumasin kuivatusfunktsiooniga. Väga hea triikraud (pean endale ka sellise saama!). Üldse olid kodumasinad parima kvaliteedi ja disainiga. Väga kena disain kogu korteris. Väga mõnus hoov, lastesõbralik (mängupark), palju rohelust. Väga hea asukoht. Uus, kenasti pakendatud, nõudepesusvamm ja tolmulapp köögis.

Kui eestlaslikult "vinguda", siis toon välja asjad mida saaks parandada: Korteris oli pesuloputusvahendi lõhn (kuigi pesupesemiskapslid olid lõhnatud). Dushikardin võiks veits pikem olla, siis ei peaks seda kraabitsat seal vannitoas "pidama". Dushiseinal võiks olla riiul/korv kuhu saaks shampoonid-geelid panna. Vooditekid olid suveperioodi jaoks liiga paksud ja rasked. Telekapult töötas vaevaliselt. See kõrge valge ventilaator tegi sellist häält nagu lennuk hakkaks alla kukkuma. Naaberterassil suitsetati.

Really beautiful property situated in a renovated candy factory. The interior still retains some of the elements from that time. The flat is really spacious with everything that you might need. The Old town is 10 min on foot and the airport 15 minutes from the airport by taxi.

The pillows could be more supportive. My husband found it difficult to sleep.

The early checkin and late check out was very much appreciated. We loved the berry flavoured Estonian KAMA flour mixture mixed with fermented milk which was a nice touch provided by the host, it was delicious and we had it for breakfast each morning. The apartment was very comfortable and it was in a lovely location with nearby cafes with good coffee and homemade cakes. The apartment was close to Old Town and also to the Maritime museumn which was amazing. I highly recommend this apartment.

The location of the apartment is excellent. We took Viking ferry from Helsinki. Then we walked all the way to the apartment. As we arrived earlier, we had lunch at the Moon, a michelin restaurant, which is very close. Food is wonderful, price is even more friendly. Strongly recommend. The apartment was clean, well designed and renovated. We loved the big window and outside view. There is a nice coffee shop at the street corner, and a supermarket nearby. We walked to the old city and also the central station. From there, we took a train to Narva for a day trip, to view the border river separate from Russia.

Everthing is fine.
