"Desperately needs a deep clean and a spruce up."

Water pressure in the shower was good.

The pictures must have been taken some time ago - the fabric on top of the sideboard is filthy and the sofa bed has been replaced with an old and extremely lumpy couch that has a piece of metal sticking out in one of the cushions. The dish rack also needs a deep clean and place was generally grimy and had a musty smell.
