Everything as it should. Cozy and clean little studio flat.

Washing machine, kitchen and parking

Studio a total hot box and is a lot smaller than pictures make it look. Unable to get into bed from the sides so have to climb on from the end. Totally unsuitable for senior's. There were no glasses apart from one wine glass. Front yard bins were chock full of rubbish and coffee container was empty and no milk. There was a lot of damage to one of the blinds by previous occupents but there was no mention of this by the owner apart from a list of onerous fees for early or late check in and any damage or extra cleaning etc. Mattress also needs replacing as is lower in the middle and you roll in.

Excellent location near Station and town centre. Free parking. Smart TV and good facilities. Apartment was very clean and well equipped.

Communication could be a bit better.

The location is nice and all facilites are avaiable in the Studio

I would like to share feedback about my stay. The mattress and pillows need to be replaced as their quality was subpar, leading to an uncomfortable experience. Aside from a few issues, such as a broken shower that was not fixed, the overall experience was positive

Lovely studio apartment had everything you need great location. Very close to town centre. The bed was so comfortable.. defo would stay again if I ever visit Reading again. Had no issues with receiving deposit back after I left.

Great location and helpful communication from staff

Location near train/underground station amd across the street from grocery store is very convinient if you are looking to travel regionally. Not great for enjoying Reading itself. Unit was a recently renovated so seamed mainly new.

Security hold required. Actual unit different than pictures (they have at least 5 units under management). Had issues with cleanliness and mgmt did not respond kindly, were defensive. Had to send fotos to "prove" issue before action taken. Felt like an investors business, they seam to have offshore mgmt. I got emails for someone elses unit including their access code. They mixed my details with theirs. Front of unit had trash and construction materials, windows didnt work (would not close). Unit faced a main street with a lot of noise. No place to hang cloths to dry if you choose to wash. Renovations were cheaply done so the floor is pealing, parts of sink are chipped, etc.

Excellent location for moving around England, as the house is located in front of Reading Train station. The house has a good renovated kitchen and a washing machine. Suitable for mid-term stays.

I happened to meet by chance someone identifying as the host, as he showed up at the door looking for someone else, but the interaction made me feel quite unwelcome. The room had a quite thick layer of dust on some surfaces, indicating that it hadn't been either cleaned well or cleaned in a while, and the toilet was not as clean as I would have liked. The amount of light entering in the room in the morning can be significant.
