Das Apartment befindet sich in direkt der Innenstadt. Die Partybar gegenüber ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern erträglich. Die Klimaanlage im Flur schafft es, Flur und Schlafzimmer zu kühlen.

Leider fehlten die Stühle auf der Terrasse nicht. Wir haben den Fehler gemacht, unser Auto zu benutzen. Der Parkplatz wurde Mittags wegen Überfüllung gesperrt. Wir hatten Glück, das wir für 2,20 pro Stunde einen anderen Parkplatz ergattern konnten.

We zouden een soort balkon hebben, die waren aan de achterkant van ons appartement, allemaal aan een nr gekoppeld, 1 er van zonder nr met alleen een tafel er op. Verder vind ik de in de prijs inbegrepen schoonmaakkosten hoogst overdreven; je moet alles bezemvrij opleveren, al het vuilnis zelf wegbrengen, er is geen glascontainer, alle afwas moet gedaan worden en je bed moet afgehaald zijn. Dus de schoonmakers rest slechts stofzuigen en eventueel een doekje over alles. Heb overigens nog nooit meegemaakt dat je in een appartement bij binnenkomst je bed moet opmaken.

Tolles Appartement, top Lage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Midden in het centrum. Appartement is mooi ingericht en heerlijk schoon. Fijne omgeving om rond te wandelen en wat te eten en te drinken.

This is a very nice, modern, well equipped, centrally located studio apartment. The beds are comfortable. The WC is separate from the bathroom, which we like. The smallish infrared cabinet next to the shower is a nice feature. The kitchen equipment includes a good-size refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, a 2 burner induction stove, a combination convection-microwave oven, enough dishes, etc. The property offers a common use washer-dryer.

Bed linens were supplied, but we had to make the beds ourselves. The check in time of 4 pm is a bit on the late side, and the check out time of 9:30 am is way too early, especially since we had to strip the beds, empty the dishwasher, and take out the trash. The address of the apartment as listed on booking.com is correct, but the location according to the booking.com map shows it as being much closer to the beach than in reality. On the last night of our stay, we were awakened at about 2 in the morning when the smoke ( CO?) detectors in the apartment went off. We noticed that the cover of one of the detectors had been removed, indicating that there may have been a problem with it before our stay. The sirens lasted about 10 minutes, stopped after we opened a window. We phoned the property management in the morning, the representative refused to take responsibility. We requested compensation for one night of our 3 night stay, but our request has not been addressed.
