Location of the apartment is ok and no extra fee for dogs sounds good. Apartment could be ok as well if it was taken care of as promised

We agreed beforehand that we get the keys at 3 p.m. Just before that host wrote that cleaning takes more 3 hours and we could come at 6. We were not happy but waited and went to the apartment at 6. There were some suspicious people on the door. We tried to open the key box but pin code didn't work. I called the host and she said that pin has changed. I got a new pin and box opened but there was no key. Host said that she clarifies this and it appeared that she called to one person on front of the house and said that she arranges the key in one hour. In one extra hour, one of the persons that was hanging around the house gave the keys to us. It appeared that these people had been in that apartment all the time. When we got in, bed sheets in the bed were used, all the towels were dirty, there was no toilet paper etc. Host did not answer anything during the evening to my messages. I have never had this bad experience with my bookings. Avoid this place.

To begin with, we booked this apartment but some pipe broke so the host immediately informed us and gave another apartment in the city centre. Apartment was nice, the only thing that it was a little bit cold at the beginning, and as there were only 1 heater, it took some time to warm up. But that wasn’t an issue at all. Overall nice place in good location, near is supermarket and 10 min walking distance from old town (take in mind that this is different apartment)

Toilet was broken, well it worked but was swinging as you sat down on it. And really small bath room, but okay for 2 night stay. Apartment could use some tea or coffee. And some bowls for soup. Otherwise all good.
