Huoneisto on kaunis ja mukava ja erittäin siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Sijainti oli keskeinen, mutta rauhallinen, toompean arvokas ja historiallisesti merkityksellinen ympäristö oli täydellinen. Huoneistosta on upea näköala tallinnan kaupunginmuurin yli merelle asti. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli helppoa ja majoittajan kanssa viestiminen sujui hyvin.
