Le manque de respect les insultes

The location. It was close to the sea and shops. Parking available, only if there is space

The bed had sand inside, it was good they had spare sheets although they were hanging outside so didn't see them till the next morning. The advert said it had 4 beds, but there were not. It had a double bed and a moroccan sofa where supposedly 3 more people can sleep in. There weren't even sofa beds. I think this needs to be clearer in the ad. It was disappointing. We talked to the host and she said she didn't know what we were expecting, that this was what it was advertised. Well, I disagree. It was a bit misleading. The area is also very noisy, it is close to a round about and the cars don't stop beeping. The guy who met us was very sweet, Sofuian, but he is not the owner, just an employee. Nadia is the owner and we dealt with her over the phone. Overall, a bit disappointing, however, we made it work.

Inadequate lighting in dressing area of bedroom and bathroom. Fused bulbs not replaced. Toilet roll paper inadequate no spare roll provided resulting in using facial tissues

Spacious apartment and very clean with all necessities available. The landlord was also very good and accessible. Very close to the local train station as well

The owner is a thief, he let me out at 2am in the morning without any back up option after he refused to give me access to the apartment. I tried to contact him by WhatsApp to get a refund afterwards but he was very rude and disrespectful and then bloked me on WhatsApp, tried to contact him by a second number but he bloked me again once he has received my messages. I have never been treated like this by hosts in my entire life, I have always kept a good and friendly relationship with my hosts (my host's reviews could witness). This is my worst experience ever with booking. RUN, the guy is a scammer, unprofessional, and doesn't respect his clients. I'm in the process of suing him for letting me out and stealing my money.
