Rien à dire , l emplacement et la vue sont magnifiques. Le personnels du parking à la dame d entretien au top dû gentillesse. Et le propriétaire a l écoute. Nous reviendrons

Super appartement et très belle vue du balcon ! Je recommande aussi bien l’hôte qui était très réactif que l’appartement qui est très bien équipé et bien positionné. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et le confort de l’appartement. Literie confortable, TV, cuisine à disposition et machine à laver, climatisation, parking privé et sécurisé + piscine. Appréciable en famille, entre amis ou en couple.

Le point négatif est que c’est bruyant à l'extérieur. L’été les personnes se couchent tard au Maroc donc étant vers une rue principale on entend les voitures passées rapidement et klaxonnant souvent. Seul point négatif.

The apartment is wonderfully situated, overlooking the sea and quiet in the evening. Recommended outside the busy season.

Location was amazing! Owner was very responsive and showed brilliant customer service. Left with such fond memories of Tangier and this base contributed hugely.

Facilities are old and not clean. Smell bad. Totally different from the booking's shown pictures, we think they modified pictures . AC was very hot, not cooling. we asked for a repair , and the owner ignored our request. Will never ever stay there again. That's the reason they asked for non refundable payment, because they know most visitors would cancel when they check in. At check out, owner asked for a compensation for a sofa that was broken and seemed fixed many times ,we refused to pay, because furniture was already old and over used. We are really disappointed as we were fooled by the fake pictures on booking.com
