"Enganação total – hospedagem horrível e suporte ainda pior!"

Nada. Não existe um único ponto positivo na experiência.

Foi um verdadeiro pesadelo. O apartamento estava fechado, sem chave, sujo e completamente diferente do que foi anunciado. A localização era enganosa, a energia chegou a ser desligada e o suporte do Booking foi simplesmente vergonhoso. Liguei várias vezes pedindo solução e a única coisa que fizeram foi oferecer um crédito ridículo de R$60,00 para usar no próprio site — como se eu algum dia fosse querer reservar de novo depois dessa tragédia. Perdi tempo, dinheiro e a paz na minha viagem. Me senti enganado, desrespeitado e completamente abandonado pelo Booking.

O apartamento é realmente muito aconchegante. Bem localizado, muito limpo organizado, bem arejado. Voltaremos mais vezes com certeza.

A localização não fica tão perto pra quem está nem carro.
