The location is perfect. The apartment was very clean! Lots of space and very comfortable. Good Kitchen and facilities

The WiFi doesn't work very well. The owner said it was because of some construction they were doing in another apartment, but at night (when the construction stopped) the WiFi would work poorly (in and out). You can buy a telephone card there for a cheap price, but if you rely on the WiFi to work on your computer, for example, you will have problems. Another problem I had was about the hot water. There was not hot water in the shower, I personally didn't mind too much, but for some people this can be an issue.

Not the host’s fault, but be careful about leaving the car on the street. Things inside our car were stolen.

The communication with the owner was good, always easy to find him by phone (I don't know if he speaks English, as I talked to him always in French). The location is also perfect, 20 min by foot from the central station, near the beach, and in a busy avenue (so easy to find it by taxi). The apartment is spacious, so you will have a big space.

The WiFi was not working because the owner simply forgot to pay it... Need more cleaning, mainly in the bathrooms. Finally, this is not an complain, it is just an advice for those who are going: the apartment is made for the summertime (it keeps the cold inside), so during the winter it is pretty cold inside, without any heating system (which is normal in Morocco). In the end, as we had to book this accommodation only one day before (so in a hurry), because my previous one cancel the booking 1 day before, it was a good place to stay anyway,

a really beautiful and clean apartment , near the downtown and the beach. close to all attractions on the city. the owner is very friendly and helpful, he always checked if we need anything or if everything is okey. I will surely comeback next time :)
