Simona è molto gentile e disponibile, la casa carina anche se esternamente non si presenta molto bene e internamente avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoretto.

il quartiere si è rivelato davvero molto rumoroso la notte. Musica ad altissimo volume fino alle 5 del mattino e strada molto rumorosa.

Casa confortevole, pulita e ben attrezzata, ottima posizione a pochi passi sia dal mare che dal centro. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato dentro la struttura. L’aria condizionata, anche se presente solo in sala, funziona bene e basta per rinfrescare anche la camera da letto. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Per come sono a abituata io, ho trovato il letto comodo.

Manca un terrazzo o un punto esterno dove poter stendere costumi e teli mare: essendo noi in 4, posizionare lo stendi biancheria in casa è risultato un po’ scomodo. Anche con le finestre chiuse, si sente parecchio il rumore della movida esterna. Complice il periodo centrale di agosto, ma una notte c’è stata musica alta fino alle 4.00 del mattino.

"Très bon logement en bord de mer à Sanremo"

Hôte très gentille et souriante Le check in/out s’est bien passé ainsi que le séjour Le logement est bien équipé pour cuisiner. Il y avait également la climatisation, la TV, le WiFi et une place de parking privé De plus, le logement se situait à 200m d’une plage gratuite et à 5 min d’une autre plage Les restaurants sont abordables et très bon La ville est très animée. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons pu participé a des activités (scène de spectacle et feux d’artifices). Nous étions à moins de 200m des activités festives de la ville

Étant proche des activités festives de la ville, nous avons eu du mal à dormir certaines fois.

Buona posizione centrale, comoda sia per andare in centro che per la spiaggia

alloggio comodo e pulito, posteggio gratuito all interno del complesso, aria condizionata e possibilità di vedere netflix, amazon, vari pacchetti intrattenimento. Lenzuola e asciugamani compresi, complesso molto sicuro. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
