Emplacement au top, en plein centre ville, appartement au dernier étage, très calme, à l’écart du bruit de la rue centrale. Terrasse sur le toit de l’appartement très appréciable avec cuisine extérieure et une plancha à disposition.

L'emplacement est vraiment parfait proche du centre et des plages.

Juste pour la terrasse qui est à un étage au dessus et pour laquelle il faut sortir de l'appartement.

The hospitality and reception by Piero were very good. The apartment was very clean and in very good condition. The private roof terrass with own kitchen was so nice to use.

The property is located right in the heart of Sanremo in the middle of pedestrian zone, close to all amenities and restaurants. The property was presented in good condition throughout. It has a big reception, medium size bedroom and fit-in kitchen. It was clean and equipped with AC, washing machine and a dish washer, provided with bed linen, towels, and bathrobes. There is also access to a private area on the roof equipped with a small kitchen and access to a patio with a dining table and two sun beds. Piero, the owner of the property, is a very accommodating and honest person who was a pleasure to deal with.

The property is located on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, the lift only goes to the second floor and you will have to walk up the stairs two floors. The stairs are steep and not easy for senior people to manage, especially, with luggage. Access to the roof is available via a narrow and steep staircase which may not be easy / safe for elderly and kids. Bathroom is rather small.
