Friendliness and flexibility. Parking, location, interior decoration, split level apartment, amazing window on open-plan living area overlooking the mountains, spacious master bedroom with plenty of cupboard space.

My niece was excited about using the gym and the sauna which she saw advertised somewhere, and assumed were part of a communal area. We did not ask, as I came to the conclusion that they were for the sole use of other apartments in the building. Not an issue for me, as I didn’t require these facilities, but perhaps it should be made clearer.
