Perfekte Lage, zentral… Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Parkhaus ebenfalls. Großes Angebot an Gastronomie und Shoppingmöglichkeiten.Gabriel ist ein netter Gastgeber, der uns viel hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, weil man mitten im Zentrum alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es gibt an der Ecke einen Supermarkt und man kann sein Auto in zwei Parkhäusern in der Nähe für eine geringe Parkgebühr parken. Gabriele ist schnell erreichbar und kümmert sich. Gerne immer wieder.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist noch ausbaufähig. Die Dusche ist sehr klein.

Some of the electricity sockets were not fitting the regular size chargers and the pillows were too big..

Everything, the apartment is very spacious. Both rooms are large, bathroom is well separated giving comfort of a privacy. The apartment is nicely furnished, terrace is a big bonus! Kitchen well equipped, air-conditioning in every room. The owner easy to contact. Great location, underground parking just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Overall we had a great stay, would definitely come back!

Location is central and everything is walkable. Very close to good supermarket and also lots of local shops (food and other). Property rooms are large and the balcony (facing away from street) is big enough for a full table. Friendly host who gave lots of local recommendations.

External noise (traffic - it is a busy street and also very loud music during the weekend we stayed due to a food festival nearby). You have to have windows closed at night (air conditioning in room.) I was there for work, so maybe less of a problem if you are on holiday and staying out late. Apartment is large but limited soft seating. Kitchen and cooking facilities are basic. Host is very friendly, but some basic requests before and especially during our stay were not addressed (this may have been translation issue). I'm not quite sure what 'luxury' refers to in the property description.

Great location in Sassari old town. Very clean, spacious and well presented with comfortable beds. Really convenient for local shops and restaurants. Air conditioning was great and good to have a washing machine and drier.

Could be noisy at night due to local bars. No oven and the kitchen equipment was missing some key things like sharp knives and chopping boards.

The host is the type of host anyone would wish. He was very communicative, he accomodated all our needs and everything he reccommended in terms of restaurants, beaches, activities was great. The apartment excedeed our expectations, rooms are bigger than in pics and the terrace is just the cherry on top! Right in the center of Sassari, this beautiful typical Italian apt offers easy access to everything you need and inside you have all you need for a home like experience. It is a jewel! All in all, my friends and I had a wonderful experience and totally recommend the place and will definitely come back! Thank you for everything, we highly appreciated!
