El Balconcito de San Millan

El alojamiento está en una ubicación buenísima, en el centro, muy cerca de los principales monumentos. El apartamento lo encontramos muy ordenado, en perfectas condiciones y con detalles de cortesía para desayunar. Tiene todas las comodidades, aire acondicionado, cafetera, plancha, lavadora, etc… en fin, nos hemos sentido como en casa.

No es una crítica, pero tenemos costumbre de ver TV para dormir y la habitación del alojamiento no tiene, pero es más manía personal que un defecto del apartamento.

This is a lovely apartment, well-equipped and in a great location, just outside the old city wall, close to the aquaduct and a short walk from the old town. The apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift so getting suitcases etc in and out of the apartment is no problem. The washing machine and other appliances are very good quality.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to aqueduct and restaurants; 15 minutes walk to old town attractions. AC is efficient. Good shower pressure. Quiet. Easy check in with lockbox. Great to have underground garage parking just outside the apartment for 15E a night. Nice responsive host.

Tiny shower about 30 inches by 42 inches. Decor is outdated and the apartment feels crowded with too much furniture. The apartment also appears dark due to dark grey tiled floor and dark colored furniture/wood cabinetry. AC makes a strange noise at regular intervals which can disturb your sleep if you’re sensitive to noise.

Loved the fact that we could have a whole, albeit compact, apartment so close to the sights, especially the aqueduct. The instructions were clear and accurate, even though at first, quite daunting. Our parking was organized for us at the public underground carpark which was very close. All in all a great stay.

Lovely comfortable apartment. Close to the old town.
