Posizione, intesa come vicinanza a scale mobili, parcheggio gratuito e ristoranti, cordialità della proprietaria, attenzione ai particolari.

Peccato non abbia una finestra con vista sull esterno, solo vista sulla parte interna dello stabile e sull androne delle scale dove al rientro di altri inquilini si sente un forte rimbombo.
