Se devo trovare una cosa negativa i cuscini del letto erano troppo alti e duri.

"Bel appartement bien localisé mais sans wifi durant notre séjour et problèmes de communication"

La localisation et la propreté de l‘appartement.

Il semble que l’équipe qui gère l’appartement utilise des messages automatiques. Nous avons reçu 4 messages nous demandant nos données personnelles et notre arrivée. À notre arrivée (message automatique 1 minute après l’heure du checking prévu) nous avons reçu des messages de différents logements avec des codes d’accès différents. Il nous a fallu un bout de temps pour réaliser que nous tentions d’entrer avec les mauvais codes d’accès. Nous avons informé l’équipe que le plafond au dessus de la douche coulait lorsque le locataire du haut prenait sa douche, aucune response. Nous avons informé l’équipe que le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. Nous n’avons reçu aucune mise à jour sur cette fâcheuse situation à moins que nous en demandions une. La seule phrase (outre les excuses bidons et les remerciements de notre patience et de notre compréhension automatiques) a été “we will inform you” 24 heures après notre arrivée. Après notre départ, suite à une demande de suivi, on nous a informé qu’ils travaillaient toujours sur le problème. Au final, 2 nuitées sans wifi bien qu’il semblait disponible et avec un bon signal. Nous souhaitons être dédommagés pour avoir payé pour un service inexistant mais nous sommes sans nouvelle depuis 2 jours.

La posizione centrale, semplicità ingresso, pulizia

Troppi cuscini, tappeti pelosi , letto scomodo, letto del divano letto scomodissimo ,mancanza di punti di appoggio in bagno e di uno specchio oltre quello del bagno
