Hartaval & Baca Ruadh

The space was beautiful, and the windows that allow views toward the water and neighboring island mountains was breathtaking, especially for the moonrise! Even being surrounded in mist was magical.

Being remote was a solid benefit, but it was also a minimum of an hour (for me) to get to most sites or a grocery store. I’d say it’s more of a plus- just plan ahead and check open times for stores and get shopping done on the way.

The stay was great. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to the property until after 1am and weren’t sure how we would get in but as we pulled up the host greeted us.m and showed us our place. The house was very clean and well stocked. Perfect location close to the Old Man of Storr and the Quiraing. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful scenery.

All items were nearly arranged. Surprisingly found books and board games. Was very comfortable with all amenities. Location was serene, although Sea view is from the house, but at a distance. Was very comfy for a 5 people stay. Separate utility room was also useful to dry clothes, and clothes dryer was also available.

Would have been more useful if wash liquid for the washing machine was available. Other than that, couldn't find anything to mention. Road from the main road to the property could be more better. Causing a bit of stress to the tyres.

Amazing place, rooms and common spaces very big and wide so it was ver comfortable for four people. Full kitchen to prepare your own meals, because there arent restaurants near.

A lot of bugs and spiders so I recomend bringing insecticide.
