Magnífica Terraza en el Corazón de Sevilla

The location, it was in the city centre und therefore everything was accessible by foot. The facilities provided also for cooking, the washing machine and the toiletries made our stay really comfortable. Teresa, the host was really helpful.

Carmen, the host, is the most friendly Spanish host we met. Trying her best in her 'English in work on progress' she helped us in so many ways up untill getting us a taxi on the last day in Sevilla. The location of the apartment is about 20-25 minutes walk from the trainstation and in the middle of the old town, near everything you want to see. It is small, but OK if you consider you just need it to sleep.

The bathroom is a bit small, the shower is in the bath and doesn't give much water.

Location was good. Outside space, terrace/ balcony was nice to have. The whole space was very clean. The kitchen was compact & well appointed, the bathroom basic but functional. The size of the apartment is good but has way too much furniture for the space.

It was extremely difficult to find the property. There was no signage at all even when we eventually found the door to the building. Information about adjacent properties such as the supermarket & gelato shop would have helped. The apartment has too much furniture which makes it very cramped. The furniture is tired and past its best. The seating was not comfortable. The pull down bed overwhelms the space, is cumbersome & there is no room for the sofa that you end up having to climb over to get into bed! We found the wardrobe smelt musty so we did not use it. The bathroom is basic and painted in a garish bright blue that clashes with the blue tiles, with the ugly water heater and electrical installation on show behind the door. The outside space has a lovely ceramic pot but unfortunately it has a large weed growing in it! We would not recommend this property in its current condition.

Location great. Very close to center. Equipement in general ok. Close to supermarkt.

There is no bedroom. Instead there is a folding bed in the small living area. On booking.com it is presented as if there is both a livingroom and a bedroom. This is not correct. For unfolding the bed an old sofa needs to be moved so that it is blocking the rest of the room. Definately not what we expected. Will not come back here.

Location and balcony. I was staying in the Torre Sevilla before this for a conference and it is supposed to be five star, but I prefer this place because it has much more character.

I had trouble unlocking the door on the first night. I also arrived early and had to wait to be left in. Also on the last day I had to check out at 11am and had no where to leave my luggage so I went to the airport hours too early. Having said all that, I would still stay here... the location and balcony are just too good.
