The apartment is in the city centre

There was some noise early in the morning as there was some work in the restaurant. We weren't aware of that, no information given

The location was perfect, in the middle of everything: restaurants, bars, groceries, souvenirs. Etc. Even though there are restaurants on the first floor, the soundproof was excellent. Another plus was the closets, big ones. In many places you don’t even have closets.

The amounts of keys to get there. But when you get used it is Ok.

Location was great. Apartment was well furnished and appointed.

First night the apartment wasn't cleaned when we arrived. The cleaner was called and came to clean the apartment. This was completed after midnight. There was an agreement to receive 1 nights refund. But the property never responded to pay the money didn't respond to booking.com nor to.me after several requests. I have now written this off as a loss but do not appreciate the service from the property.

The location of the flat.

We had to wait outside the apartment about 40mins before the guy turned up to give us the keys. He was blaming us for not texting him the arrival time when we had communicated with his partner (who knew our arrival time) through out the booking and didn't know he existed until the day. Also there was building works next door every morning we were woken up by noise at 8am. Not what is needed on holiday. Finally whilst we were escaping the 40 degrees heat we chilled at the apartment and the TV didn't work.

This property is in a great location and the apartment is well stocked and laid out well.

This apartment is above an area with stores and restaurants. The whole area has gates that are locked overnight (2am-8am approx). When we checked in, the host gave us a key ring with about 20 keys. She said she would send a summary of which key unlocked what but never did. We also tried to leave for our train at 6am and were not able to get out. If you leave before 8am, be aware that you need to arrange that early. I am also concerned that this is a safety hazard and I would not book this apartment again.

Great location directly on the plaza, several restaurants directly underneath the property. Could be loud, however once the windows were closed the noise level was hardly noticeable. Very walkable location, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

AC in the LR area probably needs repair it wouldn’t cool down as needed.
