Safety, location, cleanliness, host and facilities were all perfect. Everything you need for your stay including a washing machine for clothes, air conditioning everywhere, fast secure wifi, quiet once the local bars close down and feels very safe considering the super central location a few minutes walk from all major sites. The host is exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Very minor issue but the hot water heater was problematic and needed servicing as it wasn’t consistent in providing hot water.

Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated apartment in a fantastic location in Seville! Two separate bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning (mandatory for visiting Seville even in April), comfortable beds and good linen. The living room also had an AC, which we appreciated because of the intense sunlight it receives during the day. Kitchen is equipped with a big fridge, freezer and washing machine (no dish washer though). Only one bathroom, but it was not a problem for us. The flat was also impressively soundproof. It is located in a condo with lots of bars and restaurants and you really do not hear a word once inside. That is pretty awesome. The flat is located in a pedestrian street, so you walk a few meters to take a car or taxi. One of the best ice cream shops of Sevilla is 20m away. And I can't describe how good the location is. 6min walk to the Cathedral. We walked everywhere. Great communication with the hosts, very reactive to any issues. Recommended.

Nothing major, an overall very positive experience. To point a few things, we did not like the pillows, but this is not so much of an issue. One thing to improve is we would have appreciated to have a few capsules for the coffee machine. We bought them ourselves, but I believe that would have been a nice touch. Also, important to note the flat is located in a condo with lots of bars and restaurants. It was a bit uncomfortable because you have to walk past then to get to the apartment. In the end it was not a big problem for us as you really don't hear the noise inside the apartment and all restaurants are closed at midnight (punctually!), but I understand how that could be an issue for some people. Ah, for completeness, these bars look cute and are well frequented, we ate there one of the nights.

Great location. Modern, newly decorated flat. Feels like home. Nice terrace.

In general looked clean and tidy but floor under the beds was dusty. At first day we arrived I washed the pillowcases because did not smell fresh. I was not quite sure that we’re the first users of these pillowcases. Cleaning should be improved.

there is a restaurant under the apartment, so you hear some people but it was not a problem for us and our son and we slept really good.

Location, Location, Location! :) ideal to discover the city. Most sights are walking distance from the apartment.

The area was a bit too busy during Semana Santa (Holy week) but I was expecting it, as it is such a popular event in Seville at this time of the year.

Everything, especially the choice of balconies. Quiet when the restaurants close at midnight, good soundproofing until then.
