The location is near the subway station and many convenient stores nearby. Food outlets are available at ground floors. Food in this area is not expensive and tastes not bad.

Cleanliness of the apartment is not that good, although I do not say it is dirty, I am not able to get the aircond working and safety is a major concern because aircond is connected to the extension socket instead of proper wiring. Anyway I did not contact the host because I came back late at night, furthermore I do not need aircond, the temperature is low that night. The photos in booking.com look very nice, but the apartment is much older.

The host asked us to contact him through WeChat to send us the instructions to pick up the keys from a nearby business. Once we arrived we had to ask him again for the instructions. The apartment was dirty: sticky floor, dirty kitchen and fridge. There was not enough toilet paper. No hand towels, just shower towels. Light switches were far from the beds. One bathroom light didn't work.

Location is good. Very affordable. Has kitchen, a wok, a little difficult to work with stove, washing machine and fridge. There is a convenience store and fruit market on the ground floor. I booked 2 accomodations, so trying to differentiate my reviews.

Microwave was in a terrible condition. The apartment smells like cigarette. The odor is well engraved into walls, furniture and everything. Mediocre cleaning was done on day 5. No vacuum cleaner, no iron and board in the apt. The maintenance is bad.

There is Walmart a block away. The entire complex is rental. Location was good, within 15 yuan taxi drive to the clock square, hisense mall, shangri la mall, ceramic house, train station etc. Definitely a budget place when traveling with a large group.

The apartment was NOT clean. There is dust everywhere, don't look under the bed. The matress is very hard and old. We cleaned the place ourselves several times, obviously did not clean what the staff routinely ignore. Not enough pots and pans. Just one wok without lid.
