I liked the location, easy walking distant from historic center. Communication with the host was good. The reception area is very convenient, it was good to be able to get in the building without a problem and having a concierge 24 hours.

I didn't like the facilities. The room is small and outdated. The bed broke, the 2 legs that broke you can tell were tried to be fixed before. I specifically asked for an Iron and there was one but it was so dirty I had to spent 20 minutes cleaning the stuff on it. I also tried to use the microwave oven and it was so dirty under the plate I didn't do it.

The location was fantastic. They allowed me early checkin which was brilliant. The bed was comfortable. It was novel to have a bath and after long days exploring the city it was much enjoyed! . The place was basic but fit the price. It could do with a fresh coat of paint. It was also frustrating that I had to put the duvet inside the cover- this was something small that could have been done for me.

Very bad cleaning, I think they didn’t clean the room before us, I had to do it myself.

The location was great with several options for restaurants and bars, plus cultural activities.

Because I had a short trip to Jerez at the same day of my arrival there, a flexible check in time was needed and communicated upfront. When I arrived there, the place was busy and apparently my name wasn't given because the doorman couldn't find it. I called many times the number given at my booking without success. When I finally got hold of someone in the line, I was told that there isn't an option for a flex check in, which wasn't communicated at any time. The man told me that is his property, his rules, shouting the whole time! I was so shocked with that behavior that my only fear was that he would cancel my reservation and wouldn't have nowhere to go. I ended up missing my trip to Jerez and waited there silent and shocked for what has happened. Getting inside I realized the cleaning was poor, couch with many stains, the bed cover had a sweaty smell. For the price and service provided this isn't worthy. I'd probably had paid a bit more to stay somewhere else had I known would be treated so poorly to stay at a place in that condition. Would never come back nor recommend this place to anyone!

I booked the apartment because it has a balcony and a kitchen. Turns out, the balcony is a scam and the kitchen smelled so bad, I didn’t want to cook anything in there. Also there is no WiFi and the apartment was absolutely not clean. I was actually thinking about changing the apartment after arriving.

The building had a nice, large reception with someone always there (well at least when I was passing). The flat is just like in the pictures, humble but it has everything you need and is clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful on the app. There's a large supermarket near the flat. It's about 15-20 walk to the city centre.

All was fine, no issues
