Die Unterkunft hatte einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der tägliche Shuttle zum See ist total komfortabel. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich gewesen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten im Ortskern und am Supermarkt. Ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort und nicht überlaufen.

Die gesamte Anlage ist extrem hellhörig. Ob drinnen oder auf dem Balkon, man hört jedes Wort. Die Wände sind eher ein moderner Sichtschutz.

We booked this property mainly because the Booking.com listing and several messages sent before arrival clearly stated that there was a free swimming pool available. As we were travelling with a child, this was an important reason for choosing this accommodation. After arrival, we discovered that the pool was not operational and had no water in it. At reception we were told: “The pool exists, it just has no water.” The staff was not helpful and the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner, with responsibility being shifted between the reception, agency, and property management. As guests, we simply relied on the information provided in the listing. What was particularly disappointing was that only after I complained and provided screenshots showing that there had been no information about the pool closure at the time of booking was the listing updated with this information. Even one day before arrival, we received messages confirming pool access. Additionally, some amenities listed in the description were missing, including the bidet, and one roll of toilet paper for four people during a five-day stay was clearly insufficient.

Die Rezeption hatte geschlossen. Die erste Nacht war sehr kalt. Apartement hallt sehr. Es war nur ein Doppelbett hergerichtet in einem Zimmer, von 2 Schlafzimmern. Trotz 2 reisenden Einzelpersonen. Die Heizung war aus und wurde erst am nächsten Tag via Kontakt zum Vermieter gegen Extrakosten angestellt. Der Vermieter kannte die Rezeptionsöffnungszeiten nicht. Viel Mühe, um Laken und Wärme zu erhalten.Gebäude sehr alt, Storen leicht defekt. Bettwäsche zerrissen unten. Matratzen durchgelegen.

Die Lage war sehr schön. Wer gerne in den Bergen Urlaub machen möchte, der kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Der Ort wo sich das Appartament befindet ist sehr schön. Die Gassen , Restaurant , die Architektur und die Leute sehr schön.
