There was nothing about the property that I liked. The whole stay was not good.

Wait time to get the code for the room, building code and room code never worked. We were locked out of building and room every time I came back to the room. There was human feces on side walks on property. Prostitutes on property, marijuana smell in my building, Room was disgusting. Not worth the $600 for a two night stay.

the apartments were very cute the bed was amazing so comfortable , the on site maintenance man was absolutely amazing and so helpful

the neighborhood is not great, the front desk staff was horrible no customer service skills at all . I got there 15 minutes before 4pm and was told to come back which is fine so I come back 15 mins later there is like 5 people inside and the front door is locked and about 7-8 people behind me it took me finding someone to see why it was locked and still got no answer we all stood outside for 30 minutes. it took 5 hours and me going to the front desk 3 times in order for us to get a power cord,hdmi cord for the tv and a set of bedding for the couch the smell of paint was so bad i had a headache for 2 days the side entrance door would not open from the outside even with the key code I called and they did nothing the management there needs help

Horrible place, in a horrible neighborhood. Drug dealing outside and in the premises. The "non-smoking" place stunk like pure cigarettes, furniture was damaged, there was mold in the bathroom, holes on the quilts, the curtains wouldn't close apartment was on the first floor and the window also did not close, there were questionable people outside hanging around looking at us get off the car. We tried to speak to management they never contacted us, we spoke to a security guard; security guard also tried to get in contact with management with no success, he later on told us that they have about 10 evictions a day, the cops are called constantly due to prostitution and drug dealing we did not stay, not safe for anyone! We took pictures and videos of the place and dispute it..

the Pool área was nice. The first room we got was not to our liking but the second one was cleaner.

There was no coffeemaker, no oven mitts, no dish towels. The tub faucet was leaky. I needed blankets and there’s nobody on the premises to help with stuff like that in the evenings.
