My Little Loft in the Heart of Seville

Achei a localização bastante boa porque era no centro e podíamos andar que chegávamos aos principais pontos turísticos. O facto de ter ar condicionado também é um ponto muito positivo pois estavam 40°. No geral a cama era confortável.

Achei que o apartamento tinha falta de limpeza. O chão, a placa do forno e o forno, o chuveiro e o sofá estavam cheio de manchas- estava tudo sujo e parecia por limpar. Não estava imundo, mas deveria estar melhor limpo. Nao havia coisas básicas como gel ou sabonete para as mãos e o papel higiénico era pouco para os 4 dias e 3 noites que fiquei, acho mal estar a pagar para ter de andar a poupar para me limpar… O chuveiro tinha muito pouca pressão e estava a fazer um barulho um pouco incomodativo. O apartamento dispõe de um mini terraço que alem de ter as cadeiras sujas, o chão esta imundo. Quando chegamos ao apartamento reparamos longo num cheiro a mofo insuportável que se sentiu também nos restantes dias. As almofadas também eram duras. Quando cheguei havia coisas sujas na maquina de lavar roupa. No final da estadia o proprietário ainda disse que não podíamos deixar lixo no apartamento e tínhamos de o levar, como se fossemos empregados ali e não estivéssemos a pagar, algo que nunca referiu antes e durante a reserva.

Location is excellent at the heart of old city of Sevilla, quite comfortable house with kitchen and fridge, there was even a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery etc. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom spacey enough. There was also hair dryer.

We could hear noise from the streets, we had a miscommunication with the host concerning where the keys were located. Also, the toilet paper already provided in the house was not enough for the days of our stay ( two rolls for two people for four days) and the host informed us that we should buy extra ourselves. Just fyi, buy the necessary for your stay in advance (shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper etc)

Great centrally located apartment right next to some excellent tapas bars. The apartment itself was spacious and very modern. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again if returning to Seville.

The shower pressure was quite low coming from the rain head and there was no holder for the normal shower head.

Location was great. Clean inside.

Great location, relatively quiet considering its close proximity to restaurants & cafes. Easy to reach by public transport. Appropriate size for 2 people or a small family, with useful amenities. Property is clean & adequately maintained.

Not much to say, but if I can add 2 small things: an anti-slip mat for the bathroom may be a great addition, especially for older guests or those travelling with young children. Secondly, a parasol for the inside patio may be useful for providing shade during warmer/sunnier days - I didn't notice any during my stay.

Easy check in and check out. Host provided clear instructions and remain available. The flat is well located and is easy to access even by taxi. Quiet area and very clean.

I would have loved to have some coffee capsules and milk to prepare a quick coffee. Other than that nothing to else yo say.

The location was super close to all landmarks and the house was perfect clean

The house is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Our host was very very helpful. Showed us where to go and how to go there. He even assisted us is securing a taxi cab on our way to Cabra and back to Lucena. We should have stayed a little longer but we had to be some place else after our 2nd night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Lucena.

It would have been better if we had more time to stay in Lucena. Otherwise, this place is just awesome.
