"Perfect!"

The apartment was lovely. Built around an indoor courtyard so cool and shandy in warm weather. It had everything we could possibly need. Its located very centrally and within walking distance of the Cathedral, Real Alcazar, Basilica of the Macerena, the river and the Santa Cruz barrio. Lots of local cafe and bars nearby and supermarkets too.The hosts were so kind and met us at the apartment to show us around, tell us about local sights and recommendations and answer any questions. They even bought us some local treats and contacted us a couple of times with updated information on sights opening times and just to see if we are ok. Definitely highly recommend this apartment

"exceptional stay in a very reasonably priced apartment."

The property was unique, very clean and comfortable for 4. All facilities were excellent, air conditioning was good. The host even found us a parking space on the road which didn’t cost us, so this was greatly appreciated as parking can be difficult and expensive. although o know this will not always be possible. Apartment close to amenities, we were very happy.

"Nice place to visit Sevilla"

Quiet place and well located. Owner very reactive, flexible and helpful.

Apartment located in the ground floor with windows all around the place, this can give you luminosity from the patio of the building but it lacks a bit of privacy. You can of course use the curtains but in that case you'll miss the natural light.

We received a lovely welcome to the property by the hosts. The property itself was immaculately clean, very well presented and was both comfortable and spacious. It was great value for money.

Everything was just right. We stayed in 5 properties on our trip to Spain and this was by far the best.
