Great location. Superb city. Hotel restaurant was good.

Air conditioning was not working. This was not that much of a problem as we opened a window at night to let cool air into the room

Very spacious.

Could do with garbage bins in bedrooms and bathrooms, hand soap in bathrooms, kettle and if stay is longer than 4 days maybe option for clean towels.

WARNING: We left the first evening after arrival because it was not clean, not hyper allergenic as advertised and there were cockroaches ON the bed and in the bathroom. - On arrival, we had a question about the electronic door key for the entrance of the building. The apartment agency hasn't replied to that at all. Later on we realized that the entrance door can ONLY be opened with the Bluetooth via the TTLock app, also to open the door from the inside. This is DANGEROUS in case of emergency. They haven't responded to us on that. - after being there for half an hour, my feet were black from the dirt on the floor. I had to clean the whole floor myself. We also realized that the sofas were full of bread crumbs and there was no vacuum cleaner. - in the evening after we returned from a walk, there was water leakage on the ceiling in the kitchen, even though it wasn't raining. This meant humidity in the apartment. There was a cockroach ON the bed and another one in the bathroom. We killed both and concluded that we couldn't stay there for the night because it was not clean and not hypoallergenic and therefore unsafe for my partner with asthma. - we messaged the apartment agency in the night after finding a hotel nearby with a room available, including pictures of the state of the apartment. Next day: no answer from them. I called with Booking.com, they called with the agency, they didn't pick up the phone. In the afternoon they replied to Booking via email dismissing that the apartment was unclean even though we had proof with pictures. They would have seen it themselves if they would have visited the apartment at that moment. Neither the agency nor Booking.com offered alternative accomodation and so far (four days later), they haven't offered us apologies nor refund nor compensation for the alternative accommodation where we did stay.
