Espedair Apartment

The view out of the back window and car parking. The bed was comfortable and the flat was in a quiet location. Double glazing on the windows was a bonus. Good hot water supply for showering. The flat itself was very clean and well presented.

The hallway was dirty and the light outside our flat was not working. The stairs up to the flat made it difficult to bring larger bags in from the carpark or front door. No instruction booklet to use the oven which made it challenging.

Great size appartment. Clean and full with all that is needed. Great host.

The joint entrance smelled a bit, but had nothing to do with the apartment except you needed to go through to get in.

The property was as described and shown in the photos. It is modern, clean and comfy. It is in a great location, everything you need is on your doorstep. We will definitely be looking to book again.

Only minor issue was one of the sockets started to make a buzzing noise on our last night which kept my son awake, reported and the host advised it would be looked at asap.

The communication channel, the owner is always responsive

The heater was difficult to put to work.

Central to town centre

Location was wonderful. Direct train to Glasgow Central 5 minute walk away. Restaurants nearby.

The owner was there to welcome us when we arrived. The apartment was very well equipped, really comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The entrance hall and stairs were a bit run down and tired looking.
