"Charming haven in the heart of Palermo"

My family and I had a great time at Casa Vacanze Flavia! The apartment is very well located and is extremely cozy. We loved the fact that all the furniture and decoration was proper vintage, even the bed linen, which was embroidered and really pretty, it all added to the charm of the place. We had a great time there! And besides the steep stairs, the terrace is huuge and amazing with a great view. We had the pleasure to watch the Super Blue Moon from there and it was worth it!

"Superb"

This is a very comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Close to train and bus stations. In a quiet street but very near main historic sights. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. 2 comfortable bedrooms, nice bathroom and kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. Host was nice and checkin was easy.

The apartment has a great roof terrace but this is accessed by a ladder so it is a lot of hassle to get there and would be very difficult to get food and plates etc up if hoping to eat outside. In general, we would not recommend this apartment to anyone with mobility issues or young children as there are a lot of steps up to it.

Perfect location right next to a supermarket and walking distance to all major landmarks and food markets in Palermo. Flavia was very helpful. Relaxing balcony and rooftop terrace. Safe private car park, Flavia let us park the car after check out and pick up later in the day, much appreciated.

No hot water at the beginning. Flavia came to help and turn on the boiler, long wait before we got hot water up and running

"Exceptional"

We had the best stay and a great location to visit all that Palermo has to offer. Well stocked kitchen, great air-conditioning for a hot summer and super easy checkin and out. We arrived off the ferry at 6am and were able to park our car in the secure parking which meant we could explore the city knowing our luggage was safe...very handy.
