Nicely equipped, clean, quiet apartment with a beautiful view. Host was friendly. She communicated well and promptly. This was a lovely stay. Great bicycle paths nearby!

"A fabulous apartment in a picturesque setting"

Hana, the host was very communicative prior to our arrival. She sent welcoming messages and also the key code in advance of our arrival. She also explained where to park the car. The property is beautifully situated on a very quiet side street over-looking the river. Very private and peaceful. The apartment has everything one needed for a very comfortable stay. There is a washing machine , microwave oven, dishwasher, barbecue, kettle, coffee machine, fabulous oven and cutlery & plates, easy to self cater. Also free Wi-Fi. It was well equipped with plenty of space, comfy beds and a very spacious lounge/kitchen and bathroom. It also had a lovely outdoor terrace where you could sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Hana thought of everything and the apartment was a delight to stay in. We would highly recommend Hana's apartment. We had a problem after we left, caused by our friend but Hana dealt with this in a most courteous and generous manner. She is a top rate host and comes highly recommended.

"Nearly perfect. Will book again when I'm visiting the beautiful city of Sušice"

This is a top notch accommodation : clean, spacious, with quiet rooms and beautiful view to the river + it has a terrace. Modern interior, living room and sleeping room are separated, the bathroom has a rain-head shower, there is a washing machine , microwave oven, dishwasher, barbecue grill (!), kettle, coffee machine and cutlery+plates available + a fridge , free Wi-Fi, dimming curtains in living room and sleeping room. It takes 5 minutes to get to the central square on foot. Rezidence Valcha exceeded my expectations. I wish I had stayed there longer

A small nitpick considering that everything else was simply awesome, but I would have appreciated a TV to cast my favorite music and videos to in the living room. Didn't like staying there for 2 nights only, but that's on me
