Helena provided all the info we needed in order to access the property. Everything was very clear and we got in without a hitch

No negatives! We were really pleased to find this apartment. We needed easy access to Beacon Quay where our boat was and this place as perfect - just a 10 min walk away. The flat was spotless, comfortable and with plenty of room for four of us. We really liked the handwritten welcome note Helena left for us, and especially the box of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks!

Quiet location with short walk to the harbour. Parking is adjacent to the apartment using parking permits if you are lucky enough to find a space. Clean, tidy and well equipped apartment. Excellent communication with the host, who also left some treats for our arrival. Would recommend.

It was close to the town

There was a complex of about 10 apartments and someone complained about some noise so Helena sent us an email the next morning wanting to come and check the apartment to make sure nothing was broken as we sent back it was not us making any noise and she was more than welcome to come and check. I just find it highly effective that she would accuse us when there was no proof in the matter.

The flat was well equipped, you could find lots of useful items as if it was your home. It was also stylish, clean and nicely refurbished. The host supplied lots of information, also parking cards, tea/coffee and sweets. The flat was located close to the seafront and the town centre, but in a quiet residential area.

We really enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional apartment, clean, spacious, with everything you need. Host was very friendly, perfect location. Would definitely return.
