"Very disappointing not up to usual booking.com standards."

That we got the property, 1013 Carnaervon Road, we had booked,. but on check in we were put into 1011, For a start the drive was shorter, generally nowhere near as nice as photos of 1013. The wiring in the property were dangerous a health and safety hazard. Bath mat filthey , TV nit working no hairdryer and numerous other things wrong. Please see attached photyos.
