"Appartement confortable entre Triana et la cathédrale de Séville"

Appartement bien équipé et très confortable, avec une climatisation réversible centralisée appréciable en hiver comme en été. Lits super confortables dont un grand lit double ! Commerces et restaurants à 2 minutes, et à 10 minutes à pied de Triana ou de la cathédrale de Séville.

Énorme vis-à-vis avec les voisins, la fenêtre du salon et de la chambre étant juste en face de la fenêtre du salon et chambre des voisins. Un peu gênant. À 30 minutes à pied de la place d'Espagne (forcément l'appartement ne peut pas être proche de tout).

L établissement est confirmé au descriptif, l appartement est très grand permettant à plusieurs personnes d y séjourner, l emplacement est idéal tout est à proximité les sorties à pied dans les petites ruelles procurent du bonheur, la sécurité est de mise, sans parler de l Acceuil chaleureux de José qui m a énormément conseillé des lieux et des endroits à visiter.

Juste les escaliers étant donné que j avais des valises lourdes mais ça fait un exercice de cardio

"Very comfortable flat in a perfect location"

The location is excellent, all the main attrections are in walking distance. The bus stop to Santa Junta railway station is about 5 mins away, and the airport shuttle stop/departure is also 7 mins away. The flat has heating, which we needed in January. The host's communation was great, he sent us lots of useful information via WhatsApp, made reservation for a Flamenco show and was always available and helpful. The kitchen is well-equipped to warm up some food, or to prepare light breakfast. There is a large wardrobe room where you can store your clothes. There is a nice roof terrace as well, although we didn't really use it becasue of the cold weather.

The bathroom could be more convenient with a towel rack (to put the wet towel on), with a soap holder in the shower and with a toothbrush holder.
