The property was a good size

There was mould in one of the bedrooms The beds were really hard, mattresses are very thin so not a good nights sleep The bathroom door handle is broken, bin in the bathroom is rusty and the toilet roll holder is also rusty. The property is not easy to find.

Good communication and refund given

Broken boiler, filthy floors, tiny uncomfortable beds, no curtain, poor sleep, no heat or hot water, boiler has warning light, run down, repairs needed

No blind on exterior door in bedroom Shower in bedroom with exterior door was temperamental Rusty toilet paper holder - needs replacing Only 1 key - not ideal if people coming in and out at different times

Good location for the theatre.

Very noisy all night. No blind on the back bedroom door, Sofa very grubby, Rug dirty, Fan and bin in back bedroom rusty - dangerous, Door handle in front bedroom broken, Needs painting, Felt damp/smelt damp, Not good bedding. All of these points have been made many times before, so im not sure why they havent been addressed. I wish id seen the "con" reviews. Might be ok for people who are out partying, but for a family this wasn't ideal at all.
