Parking and it is close to the bus station, restaurants and grocery stores outside of the city walls.

Cleanliness, equipment of the apartment with some basic necessities

The spacious apartment had all the necessities we looked for this stay. We knew that it was a bit outside the historic center so that was fully ok for us. The daily 20-25 minutes walk to the center was lovely (or you use the bus number 13). Communication with the hosts were good and fast, nothing to complain here. The bed was comfy and the hairdryer was great! Parking in the garage was a big plus.

The old elevator was quite noisy when used by others or us. There is few daylight in the bedroom, but if you only sleep there, it’s not a big deal. The bathroom sink was plugged, so the water didn‘t flow properly, it took around 10-15 minutes – but this is only temporarily and the host kindly offered us to let it be fixed but we didn‘t used the offer. All in all we liked the property and would return!

Key custodian/bldg rep (Ana or Maria, dont remember the name) awaited for us on site for a quick tour in the apt, tips and showed us all the sightseeing/attractions on map. Accommodation has a designated spot at the garage, included in the price, and this is a pro when being in Seville. As stated it is outside the city walls, but old Seville is quite big spread out on both side of the river. Accomadation is located just 5 minutes away from the Basílica de la Macarena, another 10-12 minutes away from a convenience store (Carrefour Express) and restaurants (pizzeria etc).

The parking spot was great and we really liked the balcony! It’s not in the direct city center but approx. a 25 minutes walk to the main sightseeing spots! :)

Good location and it was nice thatbwe could use closed garage. The staff was pleasent in communication.

It was not clean enough. Some of the glasses were dirty and the bathroom had a lot of mole and grime (for example on the shower head and aroumd the bathroom tiles)

Sorry,but bad(sofa)in living room is not comfortable for sleeping for two adults! I suggest you to make something for better relaxing!
