Lovely apartment! Such a beautiful and cozy place! Loved every part of it! 5 minutes walking distance from the old town of Plovdiv. The host, communication, instructions, facilities - everything was great!

Very helpful host as I had difficulty getting into the flat so she came over and also called a cab for me when leaving. Short walk to the old town, great wifi, nice balcony and quiet street.

Very helpful and responsive owner.

The number of the apartment is not indicated on the door which is a bit confusing . It wasn't easy to find it. We had to call the owner in order to understand which apartment is the one that we have booked . Otherwise the owner was very responsive to help. The bathroom is not appropriately designed in terms of evaluation of the water, and all the floor in the bathroom gets wet when you use the shower which I didn't liked.

Location was well

The apartment is very dirty. Cleaning has not been carried out for several months (not days or weeks!). Not fresh towels and bed linen with blood and snot stains. It was especially unpleasant in the bathroom, "traces" of human activity were everywhere. We were very upset to rent such a dirty apartment. The landlord offered to clean the apartment, but since we were only a couple of days, we are not ready to spend several hours waiting for the general cleaning.
