Appartamenti Leonarda

The apartment is in a great location, close to the ferry, the bus station, the historical town. It is a small apartment, but very well organised. Everything you might need is there. (The only thing absent is means to dry the dishes, but who wants to do the dishes?) The host Marco was very, very helpful. Promptly reacting if there was a question. Ready to give advice. Helped to check-in early and check-out late.

It’s very functional and just bring luggage along . Marco is very kind and helpful host. He even fetched me to cable car station to Erice, Grazie. Location is very close to ferry port to Fevignana and other attractions. There is a coach pick up drop off station. Lots of amenities and food options around . Very close to old town. Highly recommended.

Great location, excellent value for money, well-equipped, with cooking facilities, very clean, and a comfortable bed (plus an especially good hairdryer 😀). Marco is an incredibly kind and helpful host who provides lots of useful information and is always willing to help with anything. I’d be happy to come back anytime. 🙂

Very clean studio with separate kitchen and bathroom. Excellent bed. The host was very nice and accommodating. Espresso machine with pods for my stay. I highly recommend.

Marco made an extra effort to have the apartment ready for us even though we arrived early and did not expect that. We felt truly at home at Leonarda's flat as we could have completely separate rooms with the bathroom conveniently in-between. The windows were fairly sound-proof which allowed for a quiet night. The fact that we could do some laundry was a real bonus. As was the location just around the corner of the port from where we caught ferries and buses. This being an ex residential property made us feel a tiny little bit local in honour of Donna Leonarda

Marco met me at the property and helped me with my luggage. When I walked into the apartment, I was stunned: it is huge, with doors in the living room and kitchen that let in a wonderful sea breeze. Looking out the doors and windows, I could see the harbor, less than a block away. It was lovingly maintained, in excellent condition. There were plenty of places to sit and relax, one of the biggest kitchens I've ever had in Italy, a very comfortable bed, and a shower in which all the water actually stayed in the shower! No pool of water on the floor after! Highly unusual in Italy. The only problem I ever had: the sink had a leak coming from the faucet. Marco fixed it within a few hours after I notified him, and it was never a problem. I want to commend Marco for being maybe the best host I've ever had, anywhere. I was having some mobility problems after a week of navigating uneven stones in another city, and I didn't know where everything was. Marco asked me what I needed and got it for me, including real oregano, enough water to last me the week, rice, and even a brand new fry pan and a pot. I offered to pay for them and he refused. He helped me out one terrible afternoon with a problem with the keys that could have been a disaster. It was not a standard "Locked my keys in the apartment", and I won't say more. But Marco remained calm as I was wanting to jump in the harbor, resolved the issue, and was extremely forgiving. Arriving on Sunday afternoon, with everything nearby closed, I was worried that by choosing a place so close to the port I had isolated myself from most of Trapani. My guidebook map made it seem that all the good restaurants were HERE, while I was waaaay over HERE! This did not prove to be the case; there were 2 great restaurants around the corner, and Corso Italia, with a farmacia, a CONAD and a fruit market, more restaurants, everything one could need, was a short walk away. I would LIVE in that apartment!

I recommend this apartament for everyone! Leo is the most polite landlord I have met for years. Really responsive, helpful, he let us stay longer due to late flight in the evening. It was a short citybreak for me and my mom who had birthday, Leo gave us a birthday gift, really tasty wine :). If it comes to the flat all was good, really good equipped, comfortable and spacious. The flat is located at the 3rd floor, the neighborhood is calm. All was perfect, if I will travel again toTrapani I will choose this spot again.

The host is extremely courteous and helpful, always ready to provide information about the area and places worth visiting. The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is a true paradise for nature lovers and beautiful views. The proximity of the beach and the pleasant atmosphere make staying here an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable holiday in the charming area of Trapani!

Everything was perfect - location, apartment, it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the communication with host was excellent. Marco was always ready to answer any questions. I strongly recommend.

I liked appartement which was very pleasant.I was living on the opposite side of the harbor about 1 minute far away. On the same side as harbor is the stop of the bus going to airports. Very strategic place for holidays because near the centrum. It was easy to walk from one side of Sicily island to another. Marc was very helpful and present. About 1 minute from apartment is the bar with caffee, different small tasty sweet treats and dinner. From the harbor very easy to be connected with another islands.
