La ubicación y la tranquilidad. La cama un poco dura pero cómoda.

Creo que el apartamento necesita una renovación. Hay mucho mobiliario viejo, enchufes que no funcionan, poco menaje de cocina y en mal estado. Cuarto de baño deteriorado. También haría falta una buena limpieza en profundidad.
