Gentilissimi, appartamenti bellissimi, spaziosi e puliti. Avevamo 3 bambine di >3 anni ed era tutto comodo e perfetto.

Faceva molto caldo nelle camere, ma una volta capito come abbassare la temperatura, è stato tutto perfetto!

La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima

Host was super rude. I never had in many years of renting apartments such a horrible experience. I told the lady that I would arrive at 4 pm. At 3 pm I let her know that since we were driving from Como and found traffic we would arrive instead at 7 pm. She threw a fit because she said she had planned to go to the movies! I offered to do a video check in since she required in person check in. She would not do it. When we arrived at 7 pm she told me to wait 30 minutes so we stopped at the supermarket to buy groceries. When I got to the place instead of welcoming us she said to my face that if all guests were like me she would not have a life. I sent her a message that the bathrooms' heaters were not working she told us that they were working and that we just had to move the knob from 1 to 5, implying that we are dumb. With temperatures dropping below zero in Treviso it was difficult to take a shower or to go to the bathrooms. She either blocked the heaters in the bathrooms to save on energy or she just did not care if the heaters were broken and we were cold. very disappointing as it was the last and worst stop in our European travels.
