We loved the air con!! The spaciousness of the apartment, security, comfy beds, dishwasher. The location in the old town was good and very quiet at night. Very handy for exploring the old town or catching buses.

Lack of a few kitchen essentials, small pan, spatulas, large spoons, fish slice.Information is required for using the kitchen appliances. Layout is not ideal when both bedrooms are occupied by adults as in our case. The terrace is off the large main bedroom upstairs. No drawers and not much hanging space in the second bedroom which was disappointing when compared with the bedroom upstairs. No clothes airer for drying washing although there is a washing machine. The dining terrace is on the roof and up a very steep spiral staircase.The dining table/ chairs would be better on the bedroom terrace. We asked on day one if we could have late checkout on the Saturday as we had a late flight. We were told that we would have to wait until Friday morning to find out. I messaged at 7.30am on Friday morning to be told that they still didnt know. I received a message at lunchtime that we couldnt have the late checkout. This left us scrambling for somewhere to leave our cases on departure day. We felt that we could have been informed sooner than 24 hours before checkout so that we could have made provision earlier.

Locatie is Top! Parkeergarage onder het gebouw met een lift voor de auto.

Bed boven is enorm hard.

Прекрастное расположение, всё рядом. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое. Чисто, уютно и красиво.

Δεν ηταν αρκετα άνετο για να φιλοξενησει 4 ατομα, νομίζω για 2 ατομα θα ηταν ιδανικο . Στερουνταν χωρους τοποθετησης των ρουχων και αποσκευών και οι οδηγίες για το check in δεν ηταν τοσο ξεκαθαρες.

Appartement complet, sur deux étages, décoré avec soin et vraiment très bien situé pour visiter tout Séville à pieds. Généralement confortable, il possède une belle terrasse (accessible via la chambre du 2e étage), un ascenseur et un stationnement intérieur. Cuisine un peu exigue, mais très fonctionnelle.

Le bruit et le manque de respect des voisins que l'on entend à toute heure du jour, surtout la nuit jusqu'aux petites heures du matin, musique incluse sur leur terrasse avoisinant celle de l'hébergement. Dommage car, malgré que l'appartement est situé dans un endroit passant, ce ne sont pas les bruits de la rue que l'on entend...

Little hard to heat up the apartment, central ac system is not very effective but its working

The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a family of 4. The location was perfect and the view from the two balconies was a wonderful surprise.
